Refund and returns


Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days after receipt of the product. No full refund or exchange can be arranged more than 14 days after receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the product must still be sealed in its original condition. Opened products cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed with a customer service representative. Ensure the packaging is intact: A sealed box with tape and the product protected with bubble wrap if necessary.

The return costs are 6 euros. These are the shipping costs to send the return. Therefore, the amount to be refunded consists of the product price minus 6 euros. For an exchange, we will send a payment request for the return costs plus the new shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund/exchange of your item, depending on what you have indicated in the communication. This usually happens within 1 week of receiving the return. Refunds are made using the payment method used.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after a week, check your bank account. The refund is likely from our payment provider Mollie.

If you have not received a refund after 1 – 1.5 weeks, please send us an email at info@heyhallyu.nl

EXCHANGES

If you have changed your mind but still want a different album, we can send another album or version instead of a refund. Any price differences will be settled. In case of damages, always contact us at: info@heyhallyu.nl

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your order, you can create the return through our shipping portal at: https://heyhallyu.shipping-portal.com/rp/

At the shipping portal, indicate which order it concerns, the reason for the return, and what action should be taken. Make sure to include a note with your name and order ID, or your packing slip, with your return. Also ensure that your product is safely packaged.

Depending on the carrier, you can either print the return label yourself or submit it printerlessly at the service point.

If the product is damaged because it was not properly packed during the return or if the product is unsealed, we will charge an extra fee of 5 euros.
