Xmas Market - Artist Ticket

Description

As a seller/artist, you can choose from:

• Entire Day Ticket: For the whole day from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Setup at 11:00 AM and takedown at 6:00 PM.
• Morning Ticket: For the morning from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Setup at 11:00 AM and takedown from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
• Afternoon Ticket: For the afternoon from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Afternoon sellers can set up their stalls from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

Please note: There will be a break from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM between the morning and afternoon groups.

Rules for sellers/artists:

• With this ticket you get 1 table of approximately 180 by 60cm, 1 chair and of course access to the event. Do you want to come with more people? Then buy Entrance tickets for them. Do you want an extra chair, or do you have other wishes? After you bought your ticket, you'll receive a Google Form where you can fill in those wishes and we will try our best.
• After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a Google Form asking what you plan to sell. We reserve the right to reject a stall if we believe the offer does not fit within the market, there are too many vendors selling the same products, or if we suspect that bootleg products will be sold. We may also give the spot to someone else if we feel it’s better.
• Promotion for vendors will take place via @heyhallyuevents on Instagram.
• HeyHallyu is not responsible for theft. Please keep an eye on your items and arrange your own payment methods with customers.
• The sale of counterfeit/bootleg merchandise is not allowed. Handmade items are welcome, but they may not be sold or promoted as official merchandise.
• Please adhere to the designated setup and takedown times.
